How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders. We currently ship to Australia, with delivery handled by our international shipping partners.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 6–14 business days from the time you place your order — that's 1–2 days processing + 5–12 days delivery. We'll send tracking updates as soon as your order ships!
Where can I track my order?
Once your order is on the way, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at our order tracking page.
Why didn't my parcel come with an invoice?
We're reducing paper waste — all receipts and invoices are emailed to you. Need another copy? Just shoot us a message — we're happy to resend it.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered our fulfilment process. Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details. If you're unhappy for any reason after that, our 60-day money-back policy has you covered.
Can I return or exchange my order?
