🛑 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Below you'll find everything you need to know about cancelling an order with Aussie Glow™.

⏰ Cancellation Window

  • You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered our fulfilment process.
  • Once your order has been packed or dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Return Policy.

📬 How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at support@aussie-glow.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)

Our team responds within 1–2 business days. If your order is still within the cancellation window, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched when you contact us, we can't cancel it. However, you can refuse the delivery or return the unopened package once received. Please see our Return Policy for full details on returns and refunds.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your cancellation was approved and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

⚠️ Orders We May Cancel

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order on our end — for example, if:

  • The item is unexpectedly out of stock
  • A pricing or product listing error is identified
  • We're unable to verify billing or shipping information
  • The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent

If this happens, we'll notify you by email and issue a full refund immediately.
